Since 1984, CNPPRI has been an authorized institution for the education of postgraduate student in the major of pulp and paper engineering. In 2006, it has also been approved to establish a post-doctoral research workstation, and in 2022, to be a pilot institution for the education of Master and Doctor of Engineering.
